Join us for an enlightening session where we’ll explore change and how to manage it in higher education. This FREE Guiding Light panel discussion will explore strategic change management practices to help us foster successful adaptation and transformation within our organizations. We will discuss common reactions to change, the process of advancing through the stages of resisting, accepting, and embracing change, and the role of organizational culture in change management. Included will be strategies for bolstering executive support, designing changes with end-user adoption in mind, identifying stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive communications, responding to resistance, implementing change, and measuring success.

This Guiding Light is appropriate for all audiences, and resources shared may be applied to myriad change efforts, from managing changes to IR data and projects, to leading organizational change efforts.

Friday, November 1st; NOON-1:00

Panel:
Melissa Barnett, Georgia State University
Rachel Groenhout, Colby College
James Trainer, Villanova University

                  Welcome to NEAIR Sponsorship!

NEAIR relies on sponsor support of the Annual Conference.  In return, NEAIR works hard to promote our sponsors extensively through a variety of mediums prior to and during our conference.

We recommend purchasing a sponsorship early for best booth location and top choice of presentation time!  Regular Sponsorship ends October 1st.  For complete information about NEAIR Sponsorship, please go to our Sponsor Tab.
