Building on last year’s session, Balancing Data and Wellbeing: Strategies for Self-Care, this webinar moves from awareness to action.  Participants in this interactive session will gain practical, leadership-informed strategies to manage workload, protect time and energy, and build more sustainable team practices. The session will explore how to operate effectively in high-pressure environments, communicate boundaries with clarity, and align expectations with available capacity.
