Reporting to the Director of Institutional Research & Assessment, the Senior Analyst will help shape the Office’s analytics and predictive modeling strategy and help to grow the College’s analytics infrastructure. Through close collaboration with multiple departments and divisions, the senior analyst will provide College leadership with strategic analysis and data informed recommendations, as well as develop a variety of dashboards, models, assessments, and actionable metrics that address operational needs and answer complex questions. The senior analyst will be an independent problem solver, well-versed in the technical aspects of building econometric and predictive models, as well as an excellent communicator who can deliver results in straightforward terms. The focus of the analyst will be in identifying strategic areas of opportunity for the College, in support of its Mission and business model.
