Brandeis University is seeking to hire an Institutional Research Analyst.  The IR Analyst will actively engage in the process of turning raw data into useful information, responding to external surveys, and identifying, designing, and executing research projects in response to institutional needs.  This includes carrying out statistical analyses and developing data visualizations.

Job Details
The Institutional Research Analyst will play an important role in preparing analyses and reports to support the mission of the University. The analyst will be responsible for coordinating and responding to external data requests involving but not limited to IPEDS, college guide books, and consortium exchanges. In collaboration with other staff and members of the University, the analyst will create, distribute, and analyze surveys of various populations at the University (e.g., students, faculty, and staff) and will respond to external surveys. The analyst will develop data visualizations, dashboards (including for Brandeis’s growing, online interactive factbook), automated reports, and ad-hoc reports to provide institutional data for internal and external audiences. The analyst will also perform other IR-related duties as assigned.
