Facilitates engagement in and provides support and direction for the assessment of the general education curriculum.
Designs, administers, and analyzes institutional surveys.
Supports assessment and accreditation activities across the university through consulting, review, and technical support.
Co-manages assessment platform for the university (Watermark), offering technical support, trouble-shooting, updating users, and creating support material for users.
Manages course evaluation platform (Course Evaluations & Surveys by Watermark) and coordinates with campus partners regarding its effectiveness and efficiency.
Leads the administration, research and reporting related to university survey initiatives such as student engagement (NSSE), faculty survey (FSSE), First-Year experience (CIRP), Course Evaluations and internal university survey projects administered via Qualtrics.
Serves as a central support unit for internal surveys across campus (Qualtrics training, survey consulting, survey creation and distribution for University leadership).
