The Senior Decision Support Analyst is responsible for providing data analysis to units across the University to support evidence-based decision making. The senior analyst will identify and synthesize data from a variety of sources (e.g., student data, faculty data, survey data) and be responsible for disseminating results in meaningful ways to multiple audiences through summary reports, dashboards, and interactive online data displays. A primary focus of this position will be to support Tulane University’s Strategy for Tomorrow strategic plan to promote equity, diversity, and inclusion by providing units with data and analyses to track progress towards the goals of the strategic plan and to support decision-making with respect to EDI initiatives.
