NEAIR 2023 Climate Survey

Informed Consent

This survey is being conducted by the NEAIR Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Social Justice (DEISJ) committee.

Overview: This survey serves as part of NEAIR’s effort to evaluate our organizational environment. The purpose of this survey is to better understand member experiences with DEISJ (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Social Justice) at NEAIR and to get a sense of the climate and culture of this professional organization. Your feedback will assist NEAIR in building a healthy community that is inclusive toward all members. This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Confidentiality: Your responses will be held in confidence. The answers you provide will not be used to identify you personally and are not associated with your NEAIR membership account. The report of results will only include general information about all respondents and sub-groups of respondents. Small Ns (n<5) will be masked and only used internally and all comments shared will be de-identified.

Voluntary Nature: Participation in this survey is completely voluntary. If you choose to participate, you may stop at any time or skip any questions that you do not feel comfortable answering.
