Tuition & Fee Forecasting for Financial Plans - Part Two

Event Description
Student tuition and fees still provide the majority of operating revenues at many institutions to cover expenses. Realistic revenue estimates must be developed to make sure the University has the financial capacity to fulfill its goals and allocate resources accordingly.
For those without access to sophisticated planning software, this workshop will provide you with the ability to create or expand a basic model in excel to project tuition and fee revenues for the budget and the University’s financial plan. In Part Two, we will also explore resource and budget planning issues and provide you with an understanding of the other financial components used to create the final multi-year plan. Please note: Part One is not required in order to understand Part Two.
Participants are strongly encouraged to familiarize themselves with their institutions FY19 and FY20 financial statements, which should be available on their institution's website.
