Job Details
The Associate Director responsibilities include leading the coordination, tracking, and archiving of all data analysis initiatives, managing Questroms course evaluation process, and ongoing/ad hoc administration of student surveys. The Associate Director also oversees the creation of annual reports to meet university and accreditation requirements, and supports the collection of learning assessment measures and reporting efforts. The Associate Director is the primary point of contact for data requests received by Questrom and supervises graduate assistants who help with the research efforts of the team. The Associate Director will also support ad hoc and ongoing strategic research projects, which may include benchmarking, qualitative analysis, or related efforts.

Required Skills
Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred in social science, education, business, or related field. Excellent written, verbal, and time management skills; ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must have strong attention to detail and comfort in working with reports and data. Past use of data analysis software, academic management platforms, or survey administration software preferred, and a willingness/ability to learn new software.
