- The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the administrative operations and project support for University Decision Support (UDS). University Decision Support provides timely information and analysis to both the Northeastern community and to external entities to enable evidence‐driven decision making and planning. The duties of the Administrative Assistant include office management, scheduling and calendar management, purchasing office supplies and equipment, processing invoices, maintaining the time tracking system, overseeing student employment, and assisting UDS analysts with project support.

- 1-3 years’ experience as an administrative assistant. Individual should be skilled in all aspects of office management and office support as specified in the job description. The individual must be skilled in using Office 365, particularly Outlook (high level of skill expected) as well as Adobe Acrobat. The individual must be self motivated, resourceful, detail oriented, familiar with working with data, and able to work independently; the individual must also have strong customer relations skills and be able to work with others at various levels of the institution. Bachelor’s degree required.
