This workshop seeks to empower potential conference presenters, or anyone looking to enhance their presenting skills, with advanced presentation techniques and strategies, drawing on real-world experiences to make their sessions more engaging and informative. Content highlights include: captivating audience engagement from start to finish; embedding adult learning principles for meaningful interaction; leveraging digital tools to enhance presentation delivery; and, practical logistics management for smooth session execution This workshop is not merely an educational opportunity; it's an investment in elevating our collective capacity to share and receive knowledge in the most effective manner possible.

Participants in this session:wil be able tol:

• identify practical strategies that help new presenters build confidence and engage audiences more effectively during conference presentations; and
• design presentation materials that reduce cognitive overload and communicate information more effectively.

Intended Audience: This workshop is open to all levels, but geared toward those with less conference presentation experience. Attendees do not have to be presenting at the November conference—all those who are looking to elevate their presentation skills are welcome.

Format:  This is an Interactive Workshop: Participants will be able to interact with presenter and one another; these are not recorded.

Cost:  $40 - Member; $100 Non-Member
